38 Weeks and 1 Day
Well - I feel like I am experiencing pre-labour symptoms now and our daughter will come into this world any day now. I've been experiencing consistent Braxton Hicks contractions for the last few days and they've gotten much lengthier today. In the last 3 hours I have felt her drop even further and it's been almost unbearable. I feel like I can barely walk at times. :) I have to change positions a lot in order stay reasonably comfortable and I can't seem to focus on my work tonight. I had my last photoshoot today before baby's arrival. I feel a little apprehensive about how this whole labour thing is going to play out. I talked to my mom and grandma this evening and told them how I've been feeling. I've been really craving fruit the last couple days and am enjoying anything juicy. Jeff picked up these awesome oranges that are pink inside and so yummy and the gala apple I'm eating right now is so juicy and crunchy I could probably eat these all night! I think Jeff and I will have to take Buddy out for a nice walk tonight and see how I do. In the meantime some raspberry leaf tea is going to be brewed...Until next time!

Hi, Rachel! Time is almost up....we are just about on holidays!! It's time to turn those Braxton Hicks into the REAL THING !! 12 hrs before Jenn was born I ran up and down a hill with an egg on a spoon at the church picnic! Try that !!! Love you both (3 of you!!) A. Heather & U. Dan
ok, my mom is CRAZY, don't do the egg thing. yay for babies, yay for babies YAY FOR BABIES!!! So excited for you, can't wait 'til the arrival.

I'm trying my best at having her soon....My belly is so hard most of the time yet she still keeps on moving and kicking and growing! I find walking makes it worse but it's supposed to help. I'm going to walk to the mailbox soon and then late tonight take the dog to the dog park with Jeff when he's home from karate. I really think it's going to happen soon, but who really knows!? This is all so new for me!!
